Standard Mail and International shipments are made in a plain brown box, while Priority Mail is shipped in a standard Red, White, and Blue box (priority mail is available in the U.S. only). If you are unhappy with the contents of your order:
Contact us within 30 days of your order and we will either fix the problem, or refund your money (whichever you prefer). We will not hesitate to satisfy your wants when there has been a mistake in shipping, invoicing, or packaging. If these problems occur we will be quick to admit fault and to fix the problem.
If you are unhappy with the performance of the products you have ordered:
We stand behind all of the products we sell. We trust that the products we sell have been successful because they have long histories of satisfied customers. If you are not happy with the product, you can choose how you want to be compensated.
Method 1: Return the unused portion of the product to us within 30 days of your order: We will credit your card for the purchase price of the product (minus a shipping charge if you took advantage of our free shipping offer). Through this entire process we will continue to keep your name in strict confidence. Requests for refunds are honored for 30 days from the order date. If you are preparing a return please make note of the the above address, pack the item carefully, and enclose a copy of the original invoice.
Method 2: Seek compensation from the manufacturer: Rogaine comes with a satisfaction guarantees from the manufacturers. U.S. Rogaine customers can take advantage of this policy in requesting a refund. This is the preferred method for customers who have opened the package and investigated its contents. If you feel you have been charged improperly or are in any way unhappy with charges to your account.
